QA Engineer
Senior Staff SDET leading test automation strategy for cloud‑native security products, driving quality through Java/Python frameworks, Selenium, CI/CD pipelines, and AWS‑based infrastructure.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Java and Python for high‑throughput security services.
- Lead end‑to‑end test strategy, including unit, integration, performance, and security testing across micro‑service architectures.
- Implement and own CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) to ensure rapid, reliable delivery of test suites.
- Collaborate with product, development, and DevOps teams to define quality metrics, test coverage goals, and defect triage processes.
- Mentor and coach engineering teams on best practices for test automation, code quality, and continuous testing.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software development and test automation experience, with deep expertise in Java or Python.
- Proven track record building Selenium‑based frameworks and integrating them into cloud environments (AWS, Kubernetes).
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools, containerization, and infrastructure‑as‑code concepts.
- Experience testing security‑focused, micro‑service applications and APIs.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
