About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect end‑to‑end mechanical systems for intelligent robotics, ensuring performance, manufacturability, and scalability.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in design reviews, prototyping, and validation, integrating mechanical, electrical, and software components.
- Develop and refine manufacturing processes, tooling, and quality controls to enable rapid, cost‑effective production.
- Apply advanced CAD, FEA, and additive manufacturing techniques to optimize part design and reduce time‑to‑market.
- Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
Requirements
- 10+ years of mechanical engineering experience in robotics or related high‑tech manufacturing.
- Proficiency in CAD (SolidWorks, CATIA, or equivalent) and FEA (ANSYS, Abaqus).
- Hands‑on experience with additive manufacturing, CNC machining, and rapid prototyping.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on schedule.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
