About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the architecture of the AI platform and core AI services, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
- Design and implement end‑to‑end ML pipelines, from data ingestion to model deployment, using Python and AWS services.
- Integrate Generative AI and agentic systems across products, driving the transition from early prototypes to production‑grade solutions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define model governance, auditability, and compliance frameworks for regulated environments.
- Mentor and lead a high‑performing ML engineering team, fostering best practices in experimentation, versioning, and continuous delivery.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with a strong background in production‑grade AI systems.
- Proficiency in Python, AWS, and modern ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Deep understanding of security, privacy, and compliance requirements for enterprise AI deployments.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of leading technical strategy and cross‑team collaboration.
