Key Responsibilities

Define and own the end‑to‑end architecture for people‑focused technology solutions, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and AI‑driven workloads.
Design, implement, and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure, leveraging Kubernetes and Terraform for scalable, automated deployments.
Partner with product, security, and engineering teams to embed best‑in‑class security, compliance, and observability into all services.
Mentor engineering squads, establish architectural standards, and drive continuous improvement of development pipelines using Python‑based tooling.
Evaluate emerging technologies and provide strategic recommendations to keep the platform ahead of industry trends.

Requirements

10+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise cloud solutions, with deep expertise in AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure‑as‑Code (Terraform).
Proven track record of architecting large‑scale people or HR technology platforms, including identity, access management, and workforce analytics.
Strong programming skills in Python and a solid understanding of automation, CI/CD, and micro‑services patterns.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities, capable of influencing cross‑functional teams and mentoring senior engineers.
Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect) are a plus.
