Senior Staff Developer Golang - XDR/SIEM - Arctic Wolf Networks

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and develop scalable XDR/SIEM microservices in Golang, ensuring high availability and low latency across a distributed cloud environment.
• Collaborate with security analysts to translate threat intelligence into actionable detection rules and response playbooks.
• Integrate with cloud-native observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana) and orchestrate deployments via Kubernetes.
• Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior engineers on Go, concurrency patterns, and secure coding.
• Drive continuous improvement of the Aurora Platform, contributing to feature roadmaps and performance optimizations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with 5+ years focused on Go and cloud‑native architectures.
• Deep knowledge of XDR, SIEM concepts, and modern threat detection techniques.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and container security.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to troubleshoot complex distributed systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities in a fast‑paced, global team.
