About the role
Key Responsibilities

- Mentor and coach junior data scientists, fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and creative stakeholders to integrate models into production systems on AWS.
- Advise senior leadership on emerging AI trends and their strategic impact on content strategy.
Requirements
- PhD or Master’s in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field with 8+ years of industry experience.
- Expertise in Python, SQL, and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch).
- Proven track record deploying large‑scale ML solutions on AWS (SageMaker, EMR, Redshift).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Big Data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex models into actionable business insights.
