About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement secure platform solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead threat modeling, risk assessments, and security design reviews for new and existing services.
- Develop and maintain automated security tooling, including CI/CD pipeline hardening and vulnerability scanning.
- Coordinate incident response activities, conduct post‑mortem analyses, and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to embed security best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
- Mentor and coach junior security engineers, fostering a culture of security awareness and technical excellence.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on platform and cloud security.
- Proven expertise in threat modeling, secure architecture, and incident response.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP security services and DevSecOps tooling.
- Strong knowledge of penetration testing methodologies and vulnerability management.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
