What You’ll Do
- Develop and apply state-of-the-art AI and machine learning techniques to create intelligent agents and systems for the Metaverse.
- Focus on areas such as deep reinforcement learning, multi-agent reinforcement learning, large language models, and generative AI.
- Research and develop new AI capabilities, including neural rendering, digital humans, AI ethics, and large-scale simulation.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, researchers, and designers to integrate AI solutions into various aspects of the Metaverse.
- Architect and implement robust, scalable, and efficient AI systems, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Lead and mentor junior AI engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the team.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, continuously exploring new technologies and methodologies.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong proficiency in C++ and Python.
- Extensive experience in developing and deploying machine learning and deep learning models.
- Proven expertise in one or more of the following areas: deep reinforcement learning, multi-agent reinforcement learning, large language models, or generative AI.
- Familiarity with emerging AI technologies such as neural rendering and digital humans.
- Understanding of AI ethics and responsible AI development.
- Experience with large-scale simulation environments and data-driven AI approaches.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to conduct independent research and development.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively in team environments.
- Leadership experience, including mentoring and guiding other engineers.
- Ability to work in Bellevue, WA.
