About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize Splunk IT Service Intelligence (ITSI) service models for a hybrid cloud infrastructure.
- Build and maintain end‑to‑end monitoring solutions, including dashboards, alerts, and correlation rules.
- Develop and automate incident response workflows to reduce mean time to recovery.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate ITSI with existing observability and DevOps tools.
- Perform performance tuning, capacity planning, and continuous improvement of the observability stack.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with Splunk ITSI and related Splunk products.
- Strong background in observability, monitoring, and incident response in hybrid cloud environments.
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash) and automation frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure as code.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
