About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain predictive models to forecast demand, pricing elasticity, and inventory utilization.
- Design and execute A/B tests and experimental designs to evaluate pricing and promotion strategies.
- Build interactive dashboards and visualizations that translate complex analytics into actionable insights for cross‑functional teams.
- Collaborate with product, finance, and operations stakeholders to define metrics, set targets, and implement data‑driven optimization processes.
- Automate data pipelines and reporting workflows using Python and SQL to ensure timely, high‑quality data delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or quantitative research, preferably in automotive, retail, or e‑commerce domains.
- Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit‑learn, statsmodels) and advanced SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong background in statistical modeling, machine‑learning algorithms, and experimental design.
- Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Plotly) to communicate insights effectively.
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills, with a track record of influencing business decisions through data‑driven recommendations.
