Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Total Rewards technology solutions, driving data‑driven compensation strategies across the organization using SAP SuccessFactors, SQL, Python, and AWS.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain end‑to‑end compensation modules within SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and deploy data pipelines using SQL and Python to extract, transform, and analyze compensation data for reporting and predictive modeling.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to define business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver scalable solutions on AWS.
- Implement automation and workflow enhancements to streamline compensation processes, reduce manual effort, and improve data accuracy.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of the Total Rewards platform, ensuring high availability and security compliance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HR technology, with a focus on compensation and benefits systems.
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors configuration and administration.
- Strong analytical skills with hands‑on experience in SQL, Python, and data visualization.
- Experience deploying and managing applications on AWS (EC2, RDS, Lambda).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
