About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end systems engineering lifecycle for cross‑domain solutions, from concept through delivery.
- Define and manage requirements, architecture, and integration plans to meet mission‑critical objectives.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensuring seamless interoperability across space, air, land, sea, and cyber domains.
- Develop and execute rigorous test and validation strategies, including simulation, hardware‑in‑the‑loop, and field trials.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring compliance with defense standards and cybersecurity requirements.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in systems engineering within defense or aerospace environments.
- Proven track record of delivering complex cross‑domain solutions and managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong knowledge of requirements engineering, architecture design, and test & validation methodologies.
- Experience with defense standards (MIL‑STD, DoD, NATO) and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management skills.
