About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for complex defense software and hardware products.
- Lead test planning, execution, and reporting across multiple development cycles, ensuring compliance with stringent quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify defects, drive root‑cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, optimizing build times and test coverage.

Requirements
- 5+ years of quality engineering experience in a regulated or defense environment.
- Proficiency in test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, or equivalent) and scripting languages such as Python or Java.
- Strong knowledge of defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA) and test management systems.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) and version control (Git).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
