Product Manager
Senior product owner driving AI‑enabled solutions from concept to production, overseeing digital employees, workflow automation, and enterprise copilots while managing stakeholders and delivery teams.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product vision and roadmap for AI‑driven solutions such as digital employees, instruction capture/repair, and enterprise copilots.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Lead Agile ceremonies, prioritize backlogs, and ensure timely delivery of MVPs and production releases.
- Define and implement model evaluation frameworks and performance monitoring to guarantee operational reliability.
- Drive adoption and change management for AI‑enabled operational transformation initiatives across the enterprise.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product ownership or product management experience, preferably in AI/ML or advanced analytics domains.
- Strong understanding of machine‑learning concepts, model lifecycle, and AI governance.
- Proven track record managing cross‑functional Agile teams and delivering complex software solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and influence skills, with ability to align technical and business objectives.
- Experience with workflow automation tools and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
