Lead demand intake and delivery planning for Migration Services, coordinating with application owners and cross‑functional teams to ensure timely, high‑quality execution of infrastructure projects.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end demand intake process for Migration Services, evaluating new requests and prioritizing them against capacity and strategic goals.
- Develop and maintain detailed delivery plans, schedules, and resource allocations to guide execution teams.
- Act as the primary liaison between application owners, technical teams, and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of status, risks, and dependencies.
- Track progress, manage change requests, and provide regular updates to senior leadership and project sponsors.
- Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes, tooling, and best practices across the infrastructure engineering organization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering or technical delivery management, with a strong focus on migration projects.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑team initiatives from concept through deployment.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern infrastructure tooling is highly desirable.
