We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, Client Service Data Insights & Analytics to join our Global Clearing Team. This role is located in New York City, NY.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Participates in the collection, analyzation, and interpretation enterprise-wide shared service client data to provide actionable insights that inform business decisions and improve client service.
• Participate with the data teams to analyze client data from various sources, including surveys, sales data, customer service records, and market research reports.
• Identify patterns and trends in client behavior and market conditions to inform client service data insights and analytics.
• Build clear, compelling reports and presentations to stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable insights.
• Enhance manual processes by leveraging AI technologies.
• Administer a competitive analysis to pinpoint specific areas where we can drive meaningful process improvements.
• Participate in the design of client feedback systems and surveys to continuously improve client satisfaction.
• Collaborating with Client Service teams to incorporate insights into business strategies.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required with an MBA preferred.
