Key Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the development of spaceborne sensor suites, ensuring seamless integration with autonomous platforms.
- Apply advanced signal processing and data fusion techniques to extract actionable intelligence from complex sensor data.
- Implement AI/ML algorithms to enable real‑time decision making and autonomous operations in space environments.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define system requirements, conduct trade studies, and validate performance against mission objectives.
- Maintain rigorous documentation and compliance with security clearance protocols throughout the development lifecycle.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience in space systems engineering, with a proven track record of delivering complex aerospace projects.
- Strong background in AI, ML, signal processing, and data fusion applied to sensor systems.
- Hands‑on expertise with robotics and autonomous system integration.
- Valid security clearance or ability to obtain one.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
