Senior Solutions Engineer who partners with sales to craft and deliver complex, multi‑site technology solutions, focusing on enterprise mobility, cloud services, and post‑sales support for supply‑chain and field operations.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales organization to translate customer requirements into comprehensive technical solutions and winning proposals.
- Design, prototype, and validate end‑to‑end architectures that integrate enterprise mobility, managed services, and data‑capture technologies across multiple locations.
- Lead post‑sales implementation, configuration, and optimization activities, ensuring seamless deployment and customer satisfaction.
- Develop technical presentations, demos, and proof‑of‑concepts to showcase solution value and differentiate the portfolio.
- Provide mentorship to junior engineers and act as a technical escalation point for complex issues.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise‑grade solutions, preferably in mobility, printing, or data‑capture domains.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper‑V, containers).
- Proficiency in scripting or programming (Python) and API integration (REST, SOAP).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
