About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations that address specific customer use‑cases.
- Lead technical discovery sessions, capture requirements, and translate them into actionable feedback for product and engineering teams.
- Build and configure network circuits, environments, and integrations using tools such as Docker and cloud platforms.
- Work directly with manufacturing documentation and real‑world data to validate and pressure‑test the platform as a power user.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor for prospects, bridging gaps between sales, product, and engineering.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience in solutions engineering, pre‑sales, or a similar technical consulting role.
- Strong proficiency in Python and REST API development for automation and integration tasks.
- Deep understanding of network engineering concepts and experience with cloud platforms such as AWS.
- Proven ability to configure, containerize, and troubleshoot applications using Docker (or similar container technologies).
- Excellent communication skills with a track record of translating complex technical details into clear business value.
