Senior Solutions Engineer driving end‑to‑end delivery of enterprise storage solutions, from presales demos and customer onboarding to field troubleshooting, lab testing, and first‑line support, using Python, Linux and automation tools.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct technical evaluations and live demonstrations of storage platforms for prospective enterprise customers.
- Lead customer installations, onboarding, and acceptance testing to ensure successful production deployment.
- Provide on‑site and remote troubleshooting, acting as the first line of escalation for complex storage issues.
- Maintain and operate lab environments for product validation, performance benchmarking, and feature testing.
- Develop and enhance automation scripts and tools (e.g., Python, Ansible) to streamline deployment and support processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with enterprise storage systems and Linux environments.
- Strong programming/scripting skills, preferably Python, and familiarity with RESTful APIs.
- Proven ability to design and deliver technical presentations and demos to senior stakeholders.
- Hands‑on experience in troubleshooting hardware/software storage issues and performing acceptance testing.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
