Senior Solutions Engineer - Google Workspace Enterprise Apps - Delivery Hero SE

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver end‑to‑end Google Workspace solutions for enterprise clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
• Lead technical workshops, demos, and proof‑of‑concepts to showcase platform capabilities and integration possibilities.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to define solution roadmaps, scope projects, and manage timelines.
• Provide hands‑on guidance during migration, configuration, and post‑deployment optimization, ensuring high availability and security.
• Document best practices, create technical playbooks, and contribute to knowledge base for internal and client use.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise solutions engineering, preferably with Google Workspace or similar SaaS platforms.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, identity & access management, and data migration strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, multi‑tenant deployments on schedule.
• Hands‑on experience with scripting (Python, PowerShell) and API integrations.
