About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with enterprise customers to architect and demo end‑to‑end Agentic Automation solutions, showcasing AI, process digitization, and no‑code capabilities.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate customer requirements into scalable, cloud‑native implementations on AWS.
- Lead technical workshops, proof‑of‑concepts, and pilot projects, ensuring rapid delivery of high‑impact AI applications.
- Provide hands‑on support during deployment, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of Python/Node.js microservices.
- Document best practices, create technical playbooks, and mentor junior engineers on Agentic Automation principles.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with strong Python and Node.js expertise.
- Proven track record building AI/ML solutions on AWS (Lambda, SageMaker, Step Functions).
- Deep understanding of automation, business process digitization, and no‑code development platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience in a forward‑deployed or customer‑facing engineering role is highly desirable.
