About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery and solution design for large enterprise prospects, showcasing Okta’s identity platform capabilities.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to craft tailored demos, proofs of concept, and ROI analyses.
- Architect secure, scalable identity solutions integrating SSO, OAuth, SAML, and multi‑factor authentication across cloud and on‑prem environments.
- Provide deep technical guidance during RFPs, technical workshops, and executive briefings.
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging threats, and competitive solutions to position Okta as the trusted partner.
Requirements
- 5+ years of pre‑sales or solutions engineering experience in identity & access management.
- Hands‑on expertise with Okta products, SSO, OAuth, SAML, and MFA implementations.
- Strong cloud security knowledge (AWS, Azure, GCP) and experience designing secure integrations.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Proven track record of closing high‑value enterprise deals and delivering customer‑centric solutions.
