Senior Solutions Engineer, Enterprise - Neat

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with enterprise sales teams to design and present end‑to‑end solutions that align with customer business objectives.
• Lead technical demos, proof‑of‑concepts, and workshops showcasing the platform’s video, audio, and collaboration capabilities.
• Architect integrations with customer APIs, identity providers, and cloud environments, ensuring secure and scalable deployments.
• Provide ongoing technical guidance throughout the sales cycle, addressing objections, creating custom proposals, and influencing deal strategy.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay market feedback and help shape the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in solution engineering or pre‑sales for SaaS/Cloud video or collaboration platforms.
• Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and API‑centric integration patterns.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for C‑level stakeholders.
• Strong presentation, demo, and communication skills with a track record of influencing enterprise deals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
