Software Engineer
Lead technical engagements for large enterprises, architecting secure identity and access solutions with 1Password’s Unified Access Management platform, leveraging cloud services and advanced security practices.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with C‑suite and technical stakeholders to understand security requirements and design tailored 1Password Enterprise solutions.
- Architect, demo, and deliver end‑to‑end implementations of password management, SSO, and Unified Access Management across cloud and on‑prem environments.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to provide feedback, troubleshoot complex integrations, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Develop technical documentation, proof‑of‑concepts, and training materials for clients and internal teams.
- Stay current on industry trends, threat landscapes, and emerging cloud technologies to advise customers on best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise security, identity, or access management roles.
- Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and IAM concepts, including SSO, MFA, and API integration.
- Proven ability to architect secure solutions at scale and deliver complex technical presentations.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Experience with password management or Unified Access Management solutions is highly desirable.
