About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with sales to develop and advance the pipeline, win new customers, and support renewals and account growth.
- Lead pre‑sales engagements, delivering technical presentations, proof‑of‑concepts, and ROI analyses for storage and backup security solutions.
- Serve as the primary technical advisor for post‑sale customers, managing technical account health, adoption, and expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide customer feedback, shape roadmap, and drive feature enhancements.
- Develop and maintain deep expertise in enterprise storage, backup, and security best practices, including configuration management and compliance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise storage and backup environments, with a strong focus on security and compliance.
- Proven track record in pre‑sales and technical account management, delivering complex solutions to large organizations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a customer‑centric mindset.
- Experience with configuration management tools and industry standards (e.g., CIS, NIST) is a plus.
