About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect end‑to‑end AWS solutions for power and utilities clients, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
- Lead technical workshops and design reviews, translating business requirements into robust cloud architectures.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and customer teams to develop tailored roadmaps and implementation plans.
- Mentor and coach cross‑functional teams on best practices for cloud migration, integration, and operational excellence.
- Advise on emerging technologies (IoT, edge computing, AI/ML) to enhance grid operations and customer value.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in cloud solution architecture, with deep expertise in AWS services.
- Proven track record delivering large‑scale projects in the power and utilities sector.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands‑on experience with IaC (CloudFormation, Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Relevant certifications (AWS Solutions Architect – Professional, or equivalent) preferred.
