Solutions Architect
Lead the design and delivery of end‑to‑end omnichannel solutions, leveraging AWS, microservices, and API strategies to create seamless customer experiences across digital and physical touchpoints.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect scalable, cloud‑native omnichannel platforms that integrate e‑commerce, mobile, and in‑store experiences.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to define technical roadmaps and architecture standards.
- Design and implement microservices, API gateways, and event‑driven patterns on AWS.
- Ensure high availability, security, and performance through best practices and continuous improvement.
- Mentor and guide cross‑functional teams on architectural decisions and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise solutions architecture experience, with a focus on omnichannel retail.
- Proficiency in AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, CloudFormation).
- Strong background in microservices, API design, and event‑driven architecture.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and monitoring tools.
