Lead the design, customization, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, creating scalable workflows, integrations, and reports with Power Platform, C#, and Power BI to meet business needs.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, tailoring the platform to specific business requirements.
- Design and develop custom workflows, integrations, and data models using Power Platform, C#, and Power BI.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, translating them into scalable CRM solutions.
- Ensure system performance, security, and compliance through rigorous testing, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, fostering best practices and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Extensive experience architecting and deploying Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Finance, etc.).
- Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents) and Power BI for data visualization.
- Strong coding skills in C# and familiarity with .NET ecosystem.
- Hands‑on experience with API integrations, data migration, and workflow automation.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
