About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver end‑to‑end AWS cloud solutions for healthcare public‑sector partners, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.
- Lead technical workshops and design reviews, translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and cost‑effective cloud architectures.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate AI/ML services, data pipelines, and analytics into existing healthcare workflows.
- Provide consultative guidance on best practices for cloud migration, security, and governance, driving adoption of AWS services such as S3, Lambda, SageMaker, and Redshift.
- Mentor and coach junior architects and developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in cloud architecture, with a strong focus on AWS services.
- Proven expertise in designing AI/ML solutions and data‑driven applications in the healthcare domain.
- Deep knowledge of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HITECH) and experience implementing compliant cloud solutions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of driving complex projects to successful delivery.
- Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional and AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty are highly desirable.
