Senior Solutions Architect driving adoption of Databricks' Data Intelligence Platform for wealth and asset management clients, leveraging Apache Spark, Delta Lake, MLflow and cloud services such as AWS and Azure.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver end‑to‑end data solutions for wealth and asset management customers using the Databricks platform.
- Architect scalable pipelines for data engineering, analytics, and machine‑learning workloads on AWS and Azure.
- Demonstrate best practices with Apache Spark, Delta Lake, and MLflow through proofs of concept, workshops, and technical presentations.
- Collaborate with product and post‑sales teams to translate customer requirements into platform enhancements and roadmap input.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior architects and sales engineers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing and implementing data platforms in the financial services sector.
- Deep expertise with Apache Spark, Delta Lake, and MLflow, and strong command of cloud services (AWS, Azure).
- Proven ability to translate complex business problems into scalable data engineering and machine‑learning solutions.
- Excellent communication skills for customer‑facing engagements, including workshops and executive briefings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
