Lead the design and implementation of enterprise performance solutions, driving finance teams from reporting to strategic decision‑making using cloud‑based EPM/CPM/FP&A platforms.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver scalable EPM/CPM/FP&A solutions that integrate with existing finance systems.
- Collaborate with finance leaders to translate business requirements into technical designs.
- Lead data modeling, ETL processes, and performance tuning for large financial datasets.
- Ensure security, compliance, and governance across cloud deployments.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to cross‑functional teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in solutions architecture for finance planning platforms.
- Deep knowledge of EPM/CPM/FP&A tools (e.g., Hyperion, Anaplan, SAP BPC).
- Proficiency in cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and integration patterns.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with data modeling, ETL, and performance optimization.
