About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver end‑to‑end Snowflake solutions for large‑scale healthcare data environments.
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to define data models, security, and governance frameworks.
- Design and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Ensure high performance, scalability, and cost‑efficiency of data warehouses through best‑practice tuning.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and knowledge transfer to cross‑functional teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data architecture and solution design, with 5+ years focused on Snowflake.
- Proficient in SQL, Python, and cloud data services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance in healthcare.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders.
