About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect end‑to‑end generative AI solutions that meet clinical, regulatory, and business requirements.
- Collaborate with product, data science, and engineering teams to define AI/ML pipelines, model deployment, and monitoring strategies.
- Design scalable cloud infrastructures (AWS, GCP, or Azure) ensuring high availability, security, and compliance with healthcare standards.
- Lead technical workshops, proof‑of‑concepts, and stakeholder presentations to translate complex AI concepts into actionable business value.
- Establish best practices for model governance, data privacy, and ethical AI usage across the organization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in solution architecture with a focus on AI/ML and cloud platforms.
- Deep knowledge of generative AI technologies (e.g., GPT, diffusion models) and their application in healthcare.
- Proven track record delivering large‑scale, regulated healthcare IT solutions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
