About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design end‑to‑end solution architectures leveraging Kinaxis modules for supply planning, inventory optimization, S&OP, and demand forecasting.
- Collaborate with retail business stakeholders to translate strategic goals into technical requirements and actionable roadmaps.
- Lead implementation teams through configuration, integration, testing, and deployment of Kinaxis solutions across complex supply chain environments.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and developers, ensuring best practices and standards are followed.
- Conduct performance tuning, data modeling, and continuous improvement initiatives to maximize solution effectiveness and ROI.
Requirements
- 10–14 years of experience in supply chain management, sales planning, and execution within the retail sector.
- Deep expertise with Kinaxis platforms, including Supply Planning, Inventory Planning & Optimization, Sales & Operations Planning, and Demand Planning.
- Proven ability to architect, implement, and optimize large‑scale Kinaxis solutions in hybrid (on‑premise/cloud) environments.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a track record of delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities, capable of bridging technical and business teams.
