About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive manual and automated test suites for core banking applications.
- Implement and maintain Selenium‑based automation frameworks and API tests using Postman.
- Integrate test processes into Azure DevOps pipelines for continuous testing and delivery.
- Mentor junior testers, review test artifacts, and enforce testing best practices.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to define acceptance criteria and resolve defects.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of software testing experience, preferably in the banking domain.
- Strong proficiency in manual testing techniques and automated testing tools such as Selenium.
- Hands‑on experience with API testing using Postman.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps for CI/CD and test management.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and mentorship skills.
