QA Engineer
Lead end‑to‑end testing for complex web applications, designing automated test suites with Selenium and Java, and driving quality in an Agile environment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Java.
- Collaborate with product, development, and QA teams to define test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Execute regression, integration, and performance tests, analyze results, and report defects in a clear, actionable manner.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) to ensure rapid feedback.
- Mentor junior testers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices in test automation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software testing with a strong focus on automation.
- Proficient in Java, Selenium WebDriver, and TestNG or similar frameworks.
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools and version control (Git).
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and test‑driven development.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
