Lead end‑to‑end quality assurance for healthcare software, driving test automation, API validation, and continuous integration using Selenium, Jenkins, and Git in a remote, Agile environment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for web and API components using Selenium and related frameworks.
- Collaborate with product, development, and DevOps teams to define test strategies and ensure high quality releases.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git) and monitor test results for continuous improvement.
- Perform exploratory and regression testing, identify defects, and work closely with engineers to resolve issues.
- Document test plans, test cases, and defect reports, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software quality engineering, preferably in healthcare or regulated environments.
- Proficiency with Selenium WebDriver, TestNG/JUnit, and API testing tools such as Postman or REST Assured.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD concepts, Jenkins pipelines, and version control with Git.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
