About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts using Selenium with Java or Python.
- Plan, organize, and track testing activities across multiple projects to meet release schedules.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps) to enable continuous testing.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and other QA engineers to define test strategies and ensure test coverage.
- Conduct code reviews of test scripts, provide mentorship, and deliver knowledge‑transfer sessions to the testing team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in software quality assurance with a focus on test automation.
- Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver and strong programming skills in Java or Python.
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab) and version control systems.
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum development processes and test‑driven development.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
