About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with client product, UX, and engineering teams to define product vision, strategy, and feature sets.
- Translate business and user requirements into detailed technical specifications, sprint plans, and release roadmaps.
- Drive Agile delivery, facilitating sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand‑ups to ensure timely, high‑quality releases.
- Oversee end‑to‑end solution architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and performance on cloud platforms such as AWS.
- Mentor and coordinate multidisciplinary development teams, fostering collaboration between product managers, designers, and engineers.
Requirements
- 12+ years of software product leadership experience, preferably in healthcare or digital health.
- Proven track record delivering complex, user‑centered solutions using Agile methodologies.
- Strong technical background with hands‑on experience in Python, Java, and cloud services (AWS).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of bridging product, design, and engineering perspectives.
- Demonstrated ability to define product strategy, prioritize features, and drive execution from concept to production.
