About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a cross‑functional QA team, setting quality standards and ensuring alignment with product goals.
- Design and execute comprehensive test strategies, including manual, exploratory, and automated testing for AI‑infused scenario planning features.
- Develop and maintain robust test automation suites using Selenium, Python, and Java, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and DevOps to define acceptance criteria, resolve defects, and drive continuous improvement.
- Analyze test metrics, report quality trends, and recommend process enhancements to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 8+ years of QA experience with 3+ years in a managerial role.
- Strong background in Agile/Scrum practices and test automation frameworks.
- Proficiency in Selenium, Python, Java, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to influence cross‑team collaboration.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and performance testing is a plus.
