About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a cross‑functional team of software engineers, QA, and DevOps specialists.
- Define and execute product roadmaps for payment and learning‑management platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Architect and oversee implementation of microservices using Java, C#/.NET, and AWS services.
- Drive Agile practices, sprint planning, and continuous delivery pipelines (CI/CD) to accelerate release cycles.
- Collaborate with product, UX, and infrastructure teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on software development experience, with deep expertise in Java and C#/.NET.
- Proven track record managing engineering teams in a fast‑paced, cloud‑native environment (AWS).
- Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience implementing Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on delivering high‑quality, customer‑centric solutions.
