Senior Software Engineering Manager level 3

As a Senior Software Engineering Manager (Level 3), you will lead a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality software products and services. You will be responsible for the overall technical direction and strategy of the team, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing the skills of your team members, as well as identifying and addressing technical issues and risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement technical strategies and roadmaps for the team.

• Identify and address technical issues and risks, and develop mitigation plans.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and leadership roles.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality software products and services.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and cloud computing.
• Strong technical skills in Python, Node.js, and AWS.
