About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Workday integration solutions, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Architect and implement Prism Analytics dashboards and data pipelines to deliver actionable insights for business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define requirements, create technical specifications, and manage project timelines.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices in coding, testing, and documentation.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, providing root‑cause analysis and preventive measures.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on enterprise integration.
- Proficiency in Java, SQL, and RESTful API development.
- Hands‑on experience with Workday integration tools (Workday Studio, EIB, Web Services).
- Strong knowledge of Prism Analytics or similar BI platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to lead technical teams in an Agile environment.
