Software Engineer
Lead the design, development, and deployment of high‑quality Salesforce solutions, driving technical strategy and ensuring alignment with business objectives using Apex, Lightning, and integration best practices.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce applications across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom Force.com solutions.
- Lead technical design sessions, creating detailed design documents and ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Write clean, maintainable Apex code, Lightning components, and Visualforce pages, following industry best practices.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and custom connectors.
- Document solutions, provide code reviews, and mentor junior developers on Salesforce platform capabilities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building enterprise Salesforce applications.
- Proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and security best practices.
- Experience with API integration, middleware, and deployment automation (e.g., Gearset, Copado).
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
