Senior Software Engineer responsible for designing, building, and maintaining high‑performance swaps and corporate actions systems, ensuring reliable trade capture, validation, lifecycle event handling, and reconciliation across the entire post‑trade workflow.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize scalable applications for swaps trade capture, booking, and validation.
- Implement event‑driven processing for corporate actions such as dividends, coupons, stock splits, mergers, and conversions.
- Collaborate with trading, operations, risk, and finance teams to deliver robust post‑trade solutions.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and data integrity through rigorous testing and monitoring.
- Participate in architecture reviews, code quality initiatives, and continuous improvement of development practices.
Requirements
- Senior level experience in financial services, specifically swaps and corporate actions.
