Software Engineer
Senior Software Engineer responsible for developing and maintaining the core MILES ERP system, managing change requests, and providing functional support while ensuring high quality and zero regressions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain core MILES ERP application modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Implement and modify system configurations, writing efficient database queries and stored procedures.
- Lead end‑to‑end change request management, coordinating with business users and cross‑functional teams for smooth deployments.
- Provide functional application support, diagnosing and resolving issues with minimal downtime.
- Document technical specifications, test cases, and user guides to support knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience as a Techno‑Functional Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in database querying and stored procedure development.
- Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and process orientation.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with business stakeholders.
- Proactive problem‑solving mindset and commitment to delivering high‑quality solutions.
