About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for web and mobile applications using Java and Selenium WebDriver.
- Implement and manage TestNG test frameworks, integrating with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Collaborate with development teams to define testable requirements and perform defect analysis.
- Lead code reviews, mentor junior QA engineers, and promote best practices in test automation.
- Analyze test results, generate detailed reports, and drive continuous improvement of testing processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software development and QA automation.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Selenium WebDriver, and TestNG.
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and version control (Git).
