Lead the design, development, and maintenance of SAP HCM Payroll solutions, leveraging ABAP, SAP HANA, and SAP Fiori/UI5 to deliver high‑quality, scalable payroll functionality for enterprise clients.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop SAP HCM Payroll modules using ABAP and SAP HANA, ensuring compliance with local payroll regulations.
- Design and implement user interfaces with SAP Fiori and SAP UI5, enhancing usability and accessibility for payroll users.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate payroll processes with other SAP modules (Finance, Time Management, Personnel Administration).
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning to maintain high code quality and system efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and support teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll development.
- Strong proficiency in ABAP, SAP HANA, SAP Fiori, and SAP UI5.
- Deep understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and data security.
- Experience with SAP Cloud Platform and integration scenarios.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
