Software Engineer
Lead end‑to‑end design and delivery of high‑performance Oracle EPM and Hyperion solutions, optimizing financial consolidation and planning across cloud and on‑premise environments.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and deploy scalable Oracle EPM and Hyperion solutions for complex financial consolidation and planning workloads.
- Lead end‑to‑end implementation projects, coordinating with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.
- Integrate EPM platforms with cloud and on‑premise data sources, ensuring data integrity, performance, and security.
- Optimize existing financial processes, applying best practices in performance tuning, automation, and reporting.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and serve as a bridge between finance teams and engineering.
Requirements
- 6–7 years of hands‑on experience with Oracle EPM and Hyperion products.
- Proven track record delivering cloud and on‑premise EPM implementations.
- Strong understanding of financial consolidation, planning, and reporting concepts.
- Experience with data integration, ETL, and performance optimization.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross‑functional teams.
